Delicious vegan food. They had a lot of gluten free options as well, it was delicious. We had vegan cheese, vegan pasta, vegan “steak”, vegan eeevvrryyything 😄🤩 I cannot recommend it enough! 💕

I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, but this restaurant blew my mind. Came with two friends for lunch and called 15 minutes before to reserve our seats. We had the cheese platter for starters and the carbonara, the pesto rosso and the beyond meat with truffle sauce. Carbonara? Bloody fantastic. The creaminess, smoky aroma of guanciale - honestly, one of the best versions I've had in a while. I would come back again just for this. The pasta rosso was good: simple, rich, and packed with flavours. The Beyond Meat dish was skilfully done. Grilled and crisp on its outside, tender on the inside. I've tasted many attempts at elevating the mock meat, but this one tops it all. Paired with the truffle and cream sauce, it really was quite the delight. My vegan friend was in heaven. Her two carnivorous pals couldn't stop singing praises. IDEM is definitely on our must-visit list for our next visit next year. Big thanks to the restaurant staff for their quick service and top-notch food. What a privilege we've had!

Such a beautiful place to eat in lovely decor great vibe and best vegan lasagne I’ve ever had can’t believe they made a dairy free cheese sauce taste so good!! A must try if you can’t have dairy in Turin

I took a picture of the hours posted on the door to be sure I wasn't crazy. Back in July my husband and I came in from the streets, starving as it's typical for most places not to be open mid day but thankfully this place was indeed listed as open on all websites. We walked in and were met with a grimacing face asking if we wanted to eat or just drink. And of course, we did want to eat. She stated dinner wouldn't be served but she could maybe make us some drinks. It was 5pm and they wouldn't make us any food but made us drinks. It was obvious the server felt bad at their initial reaction to us, but that was no way to treat customers. She basically told us to come back in an hour but then served us "unicorn" drinks that were just alright. I know this is such a typical review for an American to leave, but follow your posted operating hours or change them.

We had an amazing vegan dinner, everything we tried we loved it. The girl who attended us was really nice and welcoming.

Always happy to find an all-vegan Restaurant. Due to the high rating I just expected “a Little More”. Can’t tell exactly what leads me to an only 3-star rating - I guess it’s the overall mix of over-average pricing for an average taste and too less “healthy food” than I expect from a vegan restaurant. No veggies at all. The Carbonara as a signature dish was good but not an “oh my gosh this is amazing”. My husband had risotto and called it “a little boring”. The sweets made me a little sad. I love sweet food but again, the crema was just sweet - no pistachio taste inside. Anyway giving IDEM a second chance we came back the next day for cake: same crema on the tarte and no better taste. The carrot cake was good but also filled with oversweet cream. I like the idea of the menu but it could be improved by little details like side-salads or more interesting spices.

Super tasty food. Lovely crew, located downtown. The opening hours are really convenient, meaning, you can eat here at any time during the day. - This time we had the lentil filet with Satziki and a pancake made of chickpea flour. We definitely come back again during our stay in Torino.

Wonderful vegan restaurant in Torino. Lovely staff, fast service, delicious food and a large selection of desserts. They also promote local animal sanctuaries, what more could you ask for! 10/10
